It looks like something buoy-like washed ashore at Koroen Beach.
Here it is↓

An anonymous reader who sent us the tip confirmed that it was there on July 7, around the evening of Tanabata.
What is a buoy?

Basically, it’s that thing you see floating in the sea. It’s a floating marker that tells you things like “this area is dangerous” or “it’s OK up to here.” The ones you often see are round and bobbly! They come in various colors too, with yellow and red being common.
