On Saturday, September 21, rikuchi@Nishi2 Supporter went to check out the “Koshien Kids Festa 2024 Vol.2,” held in the Koshien area.
There were booths in front of the station too, including ones from the Nishinomiya Sports Center and Mukogawa Women’s University.
A police car was on display under Route 43,
and there were also ambulances and fire trucks on display.
Since it was a Kids Festa, the area around Koshien Stadium was full of kids.
Oh! This is the running one. Something like a 50-meter dash?
There were also medical experience activities. Meiwa Hospital, one of Nishinomiya’s proud local hospitals, apparently offered some unusual hands-on activities like trying out crutches and casts. They also had a ball speed measurement event.
The Kids Festa is held regularly. I’m sure plenty of children from outside Nishinomiya also take part in this event. It’s great to have a large venue nearby where fun events like this can be held.
