It says, “We will be closed for the time being.” According to Nishinomiya de Gohan @ Nishitsu SP, it seems the restaurant had already been closed for about three weeks.

Around “Tonkatsu Katsukichi”
If you go this way, you’ll pass the seafood restaurant Hyotan and Life, then find places like Chinese restaurant Ajitsutsumi and Nagomi Ramen, leading toward the main street of Honwaka Shopping Street.
In the opposite direction, you’ll find Miyodake Park and the bakery Rip Current.
In Closing
