You probably know “Corowa,” right in front of Hanshin Koshien Station, but…
What’s on the “rooftop” on the 7th floor? Isn’t it just a parking lot??? That’s what you’d think, right?
Believe it or not, this kind of lawn area has been created on the rooftop of Corowa Koshien!
Kids can have fun playing on the free playground equipment…
And you can even get a gold bar!?（well, tissues that look like one）
This super fun spot is actually the newly opening used car showroom “Himawari Garden Corowa Koshien Store”!
Himawari Garden is known for its casual, easy-to-drop-by atmosphere, almost like a clothing shop. Its main store is in Kobe, and it has operated four directly managed locations so far in places like Kyoto and Osaka. This will apparently be its fifth store.
From the grand opening on Saturday, November 15 through Monday, November 24（national holiday）, a “garagara lottery drawing” with some really luxurious prizes will be held on weekends and holidays only!
All you have to do is shop for 1,000 yen or more at a store inside Corowa Koshien and bring your receipt to take part in the drawing!
The prizes include things you’d definitely be happy to get, like a fully automatic water-supply robot vacuum cleaner, a MUJI toaster oven, retort curry, and Tully’s coffee.
Plus, just by visiting, you can receive perks like a free car wash, gold bar tissues, a candy grab（children only）, and a toy car gift（children only）, so there’s every reason to go!
On top of that, for two days only on Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 23, they’ll hold a live used car auction starting from just 1 yen!
It’s a chance to maybe get a car normally priced at 550,000 yen for an incredible deal!（If you want to participate, advance reservation by phone or LINE is recommended.）
These are the two cars, one white and one black, that will be listed in the 1-yen auction.

Until now, the floor button for the “7th floor（rooftop）” on the escalator had been blocked off, so you couldn’t go there. Now you can casually press the button and drop by for a look♪
You can also drive directly up to the rooftop parking lot and park right in front of the showroom! If you want to use the free car wash service, go by car!
