Here is a summary of train and bus schedule changes and special services in Nishinomiya for the 2025–2026 year-end and New Year period.

Hankyu Railway — No All-Night Service
Trains will run on the “Weekend/Holiday Schedule (Timetable No. 2)” through January 4. There will be no all-night service again this year.
December 29 Only: Imazu North Line Runs on “Saturday Schedule”
- On December 29, the Imazu North Line (Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi to Takarazuka) will operate on the “Saturday Schedule (Timetable No. 3),” based on Saturday school attendance along the line.
- The local train originating from Mukogawanosō will also run during the morning rush hour (departing Mukogawanosō at 7:00 AM).

Hanshin Railway — No All-Night Service
- Hanshin Railway will also run on the “Weekend/Holiday Schedule” through January 4. There will be no all-night service again this year.

JR West — No All-Night Service Starting This Year!
December 29 will follow the “Weekday Schedule,” and December 30 through January 4 will follow the “Holiday Schedule.”
For commuter pass offices, hours follow those of the “Midori no Madoguchi” (ticket office) operating hours.
No More All-Night Service on the JR Kobe Line Starting This Year!
- The all-night service on the JR Kobe Line, which had been running in previous years, has been discontinued starting this year. With this change, all-night train service in Nishinomiya has been completely eliminated, meaning after midnight, there is no way to get back to Nishinomiya by rail from the Osaka or Kobe areas!
If you’re planning to attend a New Year’s Eve concert or watch Kōhaku (the year-end music show) before heading home, please take note!
Hankyu Bus
Buses will run on the “Weekend/Holiday Schedule” through January 4.

Sakura Yamanami Bus
Buses will run on the “Sunday Schedule” through the 4th. Please note that the last bus (Kinsenji Route 123) departs Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station at 20:50 and Shukugawa Station at 21:10! This service does not stop in the Kamizono-chō and Washirinji areas.
