It looks like a yakitori specialty restaurant called “鳥や小鉄” is opening in Shimooichi Higashimachi near Mondo-Yakujin Station.
There isn’t a sign up yet, but it seems they’ll open in mid-September.

They’ll be opening from September 23 as Lunch Kotetsu (12:00–15:00).

Area Around 鳥や小鉄
The shop is where the red circle is. If you go straight, you’ll find Mondo-Yakujin Station, Takeout Happy Fuji Nishinomiya, and more.
In the opposite direction, there’s Mandai, VEGETABLE＆FRUITS CAFE chotto, and other places.
