Today, Shachomi wanted to focus on trying sake from Nishinomiya that she had never had before.
Nadaichi. I still hadn’t tried it!
A YouTube Live listener named Jin told me that the “Josen Genshu” is really good〜
And wow, it’s filled right to the brim!

Kuuu〜〜〜〜〜! It hits hard and sinks right in! Nice〜
I asked President Yoshimoto of Shochikubai Shuzo (Nadaichi) where it’s sold〜. We confirmed three places: Hanshin Nishinomiya, the liquor shop in the basement of Frente, and Kobe Kitano Nosta!
On the way home, I went to check at Hanshin Nishinomiya, and they had it〜. On this day, they were only selling the Junmai Ginjo〜
This is the sake I got to try. Since it’s genshu, it’s a strong 19%! But the price was so reasonable that I was really surprised.
This illustration was apparently used on the package, drawn by the famous Kobe painter Ryohei Koiso, who was closely connected with the founder of Nadaichi. And apparently Masashi Sada also said at a concert that this sake was delicious, which made it go viral
President Yoshimoto gave it to me as a gift〜! Thank you so much!!!
I also still hadn’t tried Kitayama Shuzo, the brewery behind the Shimabijin brand!
I had the namazake〜〜!! Fresh sake really is delicious, isn’t it? It was so smooth and easy to drink〜
Hakutaka provides the sacred sake offerings for the deity at Ise Jingu. Of course, I’ve had it before, but this year they didn’t hold their brewery opening event.
So since I had the chance, I went for the most expensive one: the premium nama genshu!
Fresh really is the best!!

Nishinomiya really is the best! It’s also happening on April 6〜. I’d love to drink, but Shachomi is planning to go to Nishinomiyahama that day〜
