1.75m is the height of Yumacchi from Nishi2. So that’s wroooong.
That same Yumacchi from Nishi2 also once cycled 24.2km along National Route 2 toward Kobe for a commemorative photo when Nishi2 celebrated its 2nd anniversary. So that’s wroooong too.
And Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens will celebrate its 15th anniversary next year, in 2023! So 15 meters is wroooong too.

It seems this was installed as a New Year decoration, and the dynamic look of the bamboo is apparently inspired by the rabbit, the zodiac animal for 2023.
