Patissier Eiji Nitta

Patissier Eiji Nitta is a Western-style pastry shop near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.

This is the popular “Strawberry Mille-Feuille”, which was also made in the TV Champion finals.
“This vertical mille-feuille, with layers of cream and jelly sandwiched between crispy pie, has a texture that’s different from the usual horizontal-layered kind😍 Sweet and tart flavors alternate, with that crispiness too, and you just feel like you could eat it forever.”

The address is 8-15 Kitaguchicho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Michelbach

When you think of Michelbach, the famous “Cookie Rose”, known as a hard-to-get legendary treat, comes to mind.
This “Roll Cake” is also a longtime favorite.

Cream is rolled into a moist sponge cake.
When it comes to fresh cakes, cream is often the star, but in this roll cake, the sponge itself takes center stage.
It’s quite difficult to bake sponge cake thinly, evenly, and moist like this, but their skill really shows.

The address is 2-28 Kudegeya-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Tsumagari

Tsumagari is a Western-style pastry shop in Koyoen.
This cake is the “Napoleon”.
“It has four layers: pie crust, custard cream, fresh cream, and sponge cake! Strawberries are elegantly arranged on top. It was so delicious I wondered if there was even a moment when I put my fork down.”
