It looks like a nursery school is going to be built in Tsutogawacho along Fukushi Center-suji Street.

Construction is scheduled to begin next February, with completion planned for around next December.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-33 Tsutogawacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Information Around the Parking Lot

Across the street is the Fukushi Center.

If you go this way, you’ll reach Route 43, where Bellco is on the corner.

In the opposite direction, you can immediately see the elevated Hanshin Railway tracks. If you continue straight, you’ll pass Seven-Eleven and Bordeaux, then reach Route 2 toward JR Nishinomiya Station.

After Saizeriya was demolished, this coin parking lot was built here.

It’s a prepaid hourly parking lot without those gate bars that go up with a whirr. Based on what Nishi2 has seen so far, these orange D-Parking lots often seem to appear as a temporary setup before some new building goes up.

It looks like it will be a two-story building, and maybe the left side will become the playground. There will also be bicycle parking and car parking on the premises, so drop-off and pick-up may be fairly convenient.
(Added in March 2024)

The coin parking lot had closed and construction had started. It’s Aso-san!
Finally
We’ve heard reports that Nishinomiya City has had issues with children waiting for nursery school spots, but it seems things have improved, from 345 children in Reiwa 2 to 56 children in Reiwa 5. Here at Nishi2, we feel like we’ve also been writing quite a few articles about new nursery schools opening. It seems there still aren’t many places that can accept one- and two-year-olds, so it would be nice to see more options increase.
Thank you to Nishi2 supporters Iroha, Hamam, and Sasako for the information!!
