Since the address says it’s on the 3rd floor of the West Building, it will probably be located somewhere in the former MUJI space.

What Is Nitori EXPRESS?
“Nitori EXPRESS” is that same “more than you’d expect for the price” Nitori. The difference from a regular Nitori is that it’s a small-format store.
If a typical store is around 5,000㎡, this one would be about 1,000㎡. The product lineup itself is about half the size, but apparently the system is set up so that large furniture such as sofas isn’t stocked in-store; instead, you order it using tablets and the like.
That said, it will apparently be a home fashion store, meaning a shop selling bed covers and other smaller items. Incidentally, the nearest one is inside Aeon in Kita Ward, Kobe.
