The address says it will be on the 3rd floor of the West Building, so it seems likely to open somewhere in the former MUJI space. I doubt it’ll take up the whole space, but that part isn’t clear.

At ACTA Nishinomiya, the 100-yen shop Skip closed in 2020, and then Seria opened on the 3rd floor of the East Building in 2021. This new shop will also be on the 3rd floor, but since it’s in the West Building and the two sides aren’t directly connected, maybe they’ll be able to coexist.
Still, having two 100-yen shops in the same commercial facility feels pretty rare.
Finally
By the way, among the major 100-yen shop chains, Daiso and Can★Do carry items priced over 100 yen, while Seria apparently sticks purely to 100-yen items. So for anyone who’s been wanting slightly higher-priced items too, this is probably a “finally!” moment.
