The menu is very simple: just unaju (eel over rice). Nice and easy to understand. Takeout is also available😃

- Matsu(one whole eel)… ¥2,600
- Take(3/4 eel)… ¥2,200
- Ume(half eel)… ¥1,600
Those are the three options. You can also enjoy beer there🍺

It comes with a whole eel, so it’s quite hearty♪
The eel was thick, but even so, it didn’t feel very bony—really good eel! They apparently farm Japanese eel overseas, and it had an easy-to-enjoy flavor^ ^

The eel is raised at carefully selected farms, and they reportedly use high-quality eel that has passed inspections stricter than those for domestically produced eel. The fully grown eel is apparently 1.5 to 2 times larger than typical eel😳
