When is it?
Saturday, September 14, from 11:30
Priority viewing area opens at 11:00
*You may not be allowed to enter or leave during the event.
Where is it?
Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, 4th Floor Sky Garden
*In case of rain, it will be held at Gardens Hall on the 4th floor.

Timetable
- 11:30〜 Ceremony begins: Shinjirō Hiyama appointed as police chief for a day
- 11:45〜 Triple talk session (Mayor Toshirō Ishii, Shinjirō Hiyama, and Nishinomiya Police Chief Toshimasa Nishina)
- 12:00〜 Concert by the Hyogo Prefectural Police Band
- 12:30〜 Traffic safety campaign goods handed out by the police chief for a day (limited to those seated in the priority viewing area)
Lastly
For the police band concert, the poster says “A surprise for Tigers fans!” So will they play the Hanshin Tigers fight song, or maybe even Mr. Hiyama’s own cheering song…? It’s hard not to get excited! Either way, it’s sure to be a lively event〜😆
