“甲子園東口前歯科” will be opening on the first floor of this brown apartment building.
According to the job listing, it looks like it will be located between やぶもと泌尿器科 and さいた眼科.
This is the spot currently listed as available for lease.
Across the street is the back side of Ikari Supermarket.
If you turn right at the end of this street, you’ll head toward Hanshin Koshien Station.
The Opening Date Has Been Set for December 2
According to Yuumi @ Nishitsu SP,
The name has changed to “阪神甲子園歯科”!
The opening date has also been confirmed, and it looks like it will be December 2 (Fri). They’ll also be holding an open house.

Lastly
You often hear that there are more dental clinics than convenience stores, so I looked it up. Around Koshien Station, there are 7 dental clinics and 4 convenience stores, so that saying turned out to be exactly right here.
