Tried YORKYS BRUNCH’s Super-Fluffy Plain Pancakes! [Nishitsu Gourmet]

Nishitsu’s food writer introduces the places they’ve gone to eat in 【Nishitsu Gourmet】

This time, we visited a place located west of Hankyu Shukugawa, in front of Shukugawa Church:

YORKYS BRUNCH(ヨーキーズ ブランチ)!

What we had was YORKYS BRUNCH’s signature dish, the “Pancakes（1,050円税別）”!

The shop is on the 2nd floor of a building across from Shukugawa Church, just west of Hankyu Shukugawa Station.

Once you go up the stairs, you’ll see the shop name painted in a stylish and cute design, so it’s easy to find♪

I like the hamburgers here and used to come by every now and then! I didn’t have a hamburger this time, but they’re hearty and delicious, so be sure to try those too♪

Meals come with a drink, and you can choose whatever you like from the drink menu.

For pancakes, you can choose from the following four kinds!

This time, I went with the plain pancakes, which are also recommended for first-time visitors!

They were so incredibly fluffy that they almost fell apart the moment I put my knife in (*´﹃｀*)

I’d heard the rumors, but I didn’t expect them to be this soft… They’re basically fluffy beyond what you’d expect from pancakes♡

YORKYS BRUNCH makes the batter after each order, so the pancakes come out warm and fresh♡

When I took a bite, there was a gentle hint of cheese, and they were sweet and delicious♪

Even without adding maple syrup, the batter itself had plenty of flavor, so they were delicious just as they were!

And here’s the café latte I had after the meal↑

Since it was winter, the café latte came with adorable latte art featuring a snowman and a heart combined together♪

Besides the pancakes, the Eggs Benedict is apparently popular too (*ゝω･*)ﾉ
