The “Noryo Bon Odori Festival” at City Hall may be one of the largest Bon Odori events in Nishinomiya. Festivals usually draw a lot of elementary and junior high school students, but the City Hall Bon Odori has many parents with preschool-age children and adults, so the different crowd is part of what makes it interesting.
