Items actually used on Hankyu trains are up for auction.
The “Limited Express bound for Nishinomiya-kitaguchi” sign was at 51600 yen as of 11:30 a.m. on January 18. With 33 bids, it’s currently in the top spot!
Next up is the signboard for “Shako-yoko Fumikiri” (the crossing beside the train depot). Do you know where it is?
The answer is here! It’s the railroad crossing on the Nakatsuhama Line between Nagatacho and Oyacho.
This one is “Rapid Express bound for Nishinomiya-kitaguchi.” Do you remember how long it was running?
It was actually a rare late-night train that ran until December 16, 2022. Not many people may have ridden it.
They’re also selling a split-flap departure board that was actually used on Platform 2 at Okamoto Station. With “Commuter Express” and “Rapid” services having changed, it’s extremely valuable now.
Finally
There were plenty of other genuine items too, including microphones actually used by conductors and chairs that drivers sat in. Bidding is open until 6:00 p.m. on January 28, 2026, so take a look.
