A new guardrail has been installed at the intersection just west of “マルナカ西宮店,” on the road one block south of Rinko Line.
It’s the intersection between Higashimachi, Higashihamacho, and Hamamatsubaracho.
It looks brand new and shiny.
The asphalt around the base also looks fresh.
New guardrails have been popping up in various places around the city lately, and we’d all like to keep traffic safety in mind and help make Nishinomiya an even safer place to live.
