It looks like a vending machine that lets you support the team “H.C. Tochigi Nikko IceBucks.”
After looking it up, we found that H.C. Tochigi Nikko IceBucks is Japan’s only professional ice hockey team, and since Kirin Beverage is one of its sponsors, vending machines like this have apparently been installed across the country.
It’s pretty amazing that you can support a team from Tochigi while being here in Nishinomiya.
