It looks like vegetables are now available at “Hori Farm,” where impressive sunflowers bloom every summer (^^)v
This article is brought to you by “GenkiStyle,” a foot treatment clinic that supports Nishitsu.
Here’s the article about the sunflowers↓

There was a sign like this (^^)vApparently, his proud daughter-in-law made it for him!
When no one is there, you put the money in the mailbox!

The shutter was firmly closed, but when I peeked inside…

Fresh onions were lined up!
While I was taking photos, the father from Hori Farm came back to the field,

and showed me things like, “I haven’t put these out yet, but we have these too,”

and even explained a delicious way to eat fresh onions(╹◡╹)♡
- Cut off a little from the top and bottom of the onion (just a tiny bit at the root so the whole onion doesn’t fall apart)
- Make a cross-shaped cut into it
- If the onion is medium-sized, heat it in the microwave for about 7 minutes
- The onion opens up like a rose!
- Pour sesame dressing over it (his recommendation)
Apparently, it becomes wonderfully sweet and delicious!
He also gave me an early tip: “I’ve planted a lot of garlic. It’s expensive at the supermarket, right? It’ll be ready around June!”
He was such a kind and gentle fatherly person(╹◡╹)♡
They’re planning to put up a Miyatan banner and start selling vegetables in earnest from now on (*^^*)
Here’s the location↓
The address is 1 Mondo Higashimachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
I’ve always looked forward to the sunflowers every year, and now garlic is joining the lineup too!
