“Keeps functioning even during a power outage”… It is equipped with gas generators that can be used in emergencies, as well as diesel generators for emergency situations. There is also a system underground to store sewage in case the sewer system is damaged. It’s amazing that they’ve even planned for a damaged sewer system!
