After looking into it, it seems signs are sometimes turned around when the next tenant hasn’t been decided yet, so people won’t mistake the place for still being open. The location where Oda Clinic used to be is now home to “Kurashi no Oendan One Dear.” It was a little moment that made me chuckle (＾ω＾)
