“Sobagen’s” Gensan in Miyako Shopping Street [Nishitsu Gourmet]

On an incredibly hot day, I went to “Soba Gen” in the “Miyako Shopping Street” in Kasaya-cho and had some nice cold soba noodles〜😋

Soba Gen’s “Gen-san”

The tempura batter is so interesting😳
Just as expected, it’s super crispy〜😋

With grated daikon, egg, and lots of other toppings on the soba, you can enjoy all kinds of flavors〜!

It wasn’t listed on the menu, but they also have a “Daily Set Meal” where you can choose the noodles.
Apparently, “Shiraito” means “thin udon noodles.”

The “Gen-san” I had is apparently their most popular dish!

Seasonal limited-time “Dattan Soba”
I had such a hard time choosing between this and what I ordered〜! I’ll come back to try it〜!
