Gomoku Tanmen￥750 (tax included)
This tanmen brings together a clean, salty soup that goes down smoothly, crisp vegetables, and noodles with a satisfying bite in just the right balance.
Mini Fried Rice￥380 (tax included)
Fried rice served at restaurants often has that firm, half-dome shape that holds together, but the fried rice at 雪月花 is still fluffy even though it’s shaped like a half-dome. It had been a while since I’d had fried rice with that classic Chinese restaurant taste, and it made me want to come back for more.
