What we ordered at sukiyaki and shabu-shabu “Sumire”
Sumire Japanese Set Lunch ¥2,530 (tax included) / Individual Shabu-Shabu Hot Pot with Wagyu & Domestic Pork ¥2,750 (tax included)
The Sumire Japanese Set Lunch, centered around steamed dishes served in a bamboo steamer, comes with sashimi, chawanmushi, a drink, and almond jelly for dessert, so it feels like a great deal (^o^)／
When you lift the lid, steam gently rises from the bamboo steamer. You dip the food in sesame sauce or ponzu to enjoy it (^o^)／
The meat has a satisfying texture, giving it a different flavor experience from shabu-shabu.
The piping-hot chawanmushi had a smooth, silky texture !(^^)!
The almond jelly had a gentle sweetness!
The Individual Shabu-Shabu Hot Pot with Wagyu & Domestic Pork, enjoyed in your very own hot pot, lets you choose either rice or udon This time, we chose rice ＼(^o^)／
The colorful vegetables and shabu-shabu meat come as an assortment of domestic pork and Wagyu beef !(^^)!
The pork included two different cuts!
All the meats were sliced so they cooked quickly when swished in the broth, and they were light and tender (#^.^#)

You could just keep eating it forever, and there was something quietly satisfying about having your own little hot pot and eating at your own pace!
