There didn’t appear to be any vacant tenant spaces, but part of the women’s, children’s, baby, and interior goods section was holding a clearance sale, so it might be opening there.
Lastly
I couldn’t find any mention of it on the website, but announcing it with a sign feels a bit unusual. Hopefully it will become a replacement store for the Nishinomiya Imazu location that used to be in Imazu Dezaikecho, which is currently under construction.
