We previously wrote about a new community center being built in Tsuto Ayaha-cho, and it looks like the new facility has now been completed after relocating from the “Daigacho Community Center”!
(This information was provided by KAZU. Thank you!)
This article is brought to you by “GenkiStyle,” a foot treatment clinic that supports Nishitsu.

It’s a brand-new, sparkling community center!
Here’s the map↓
The address is around 6 Tsuto Ayaha-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

This is the former “Daigacho Community Center” before the relocation.
Apparently, it was built in Showa 38 (1963)!
It seems it was rebuilt due to aging, and this building will close around the end of August.

If you go this way, you’ll find “Midorien Nursery School Ayaha” next door, followed by a residential area.

On the opposite side, there’s a liquor store next door, leading toward the Imazu Port Tsuto Daiga Line.
According to the Tsuto Ayaha-cho Neighborhood Association Website
An opening ceremony will be held on Monday, August 29.
From 9:30, it will be for related parties only, and from 10:00 to 12:00, there will be a viewing session open to everyone.
The community center will apparently open for general use starting September 1!
On the Tsuto Ayaha-cho Neighborhood Association website, they’ve been continuously posting photos of the construction process, starting from the demolition of the original municipal housing↓

You can see photos from the end of last year, including the buried cultural property survey, scaffolding assembly, and even the electrical connections for the building! It’s all documented in impressive detail!
And above all, isn’t it amazing that the neighborhood association has its own website😳??
Here it is→ Tsuto Ayaha-cho Neighborhood Association Website
Finally
Community centers are useful for all kinds of things, like events, lessons, or renting a room, aren’t they?
The viewing session from 10:00 on August 29 seems to be open to anyone, so if you’re planning to use the facility, why not stop by?
KAZU, thank you for the information!!
