It seems it will be built at the site of “Showa Park Hanshin Nishinomiya Ekimae” in front of Nishinomiya Station, and there was a sign posted on-site↓
The planned site is L-shaped, with the building set to go up on this side along Fudabasuji Line,
and a parking lot apparently planned on this side facing the Hanshin Railway tracks.

Diagonally across the street are Hanshin Nishinomiya Station and Ebista Nishinomiya.
This way goes under the elevated tracks of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station toward Route 43.
