中国料理 青椒 ぴーまん, located near JR Nishinomiya Station!

A calm, dark-brown door.

Also, 青椒 ぴーまん is a non-smoking restaurant.
中国料理 青椒 ぴーまん is a place families with children can enjoy with peace of mind!

Next to the door, there’s a table and chairs,
along with some beautiful flowers.

When you open the door…

The interior has a calm, relaxing color palette.

There are 36 seats.
They can accommodate events and parties for groups from 2 to 40 people.

And
the table in the back is a marble rotating table.

The rotating table has such a solid, luxurious feel!

As for what’s displayed on the walls inside…

Going counterclockwise,
“我菜吾法”
“My cooking, my way.”

“只管做菜”
“Simply devote yourself to cooking.”

“食為民天”
“Food is a gift from heaven for the people.”
“Food for the people.”

These were created when Chef Uchino of 青椒 ぴーまん
asked calligrapher Takayo Naruse
to choose words from ancient Chinese inscriptions and write them.

You can really feel the passion in every single character.
They’re all wonderful phrases!

Other things displayed on the walls include
lovely phrases and beautiful paintings.

There are also decorative pieces that let you get a taste of ancient China!

These are replicas from
the National Palace Museum in Taiwan,
and you can view them right here at 青椒 ぴーまん!

It’s great that you can feel the atmosphere of ancient China inside 青椒 ぴーまん!

There are also traditional Japanese hina dolls.

青椒 ぴーまん
received awards in 2018 for
“Excellent Food Sanitation Facility” and the “Skilled Worker Achievement Award”!

That’s how outstanding the food at 青椒 ぴーまん is!

media features about 青椒 ぴーまん, pamphlets, and more.

Chef Uchino of 青椒 ぴーまん was involved in the book
“Nishinomiya Gourmet Masters,” released in limited quantities on January 1, 2019!

Yamatani, the owner of “Bar 山谷,” whom we interviewed in our previous restaurant feature.

These five people selected “can’t-miss restaurants” in Nishinomiya
and introduced them in “Nishinomiya Gourmet Masters.”
