You can choose from six kinds of sauces, and even get up to two sauces together.
This time, I chose the demi-glace sauce and onion sauce.
The hamburger steak, made with a mix of beef and pork (200g), is packed with savory flavor. From the very first bite, the juices spread through your mouth, and it is satisfyingly filling.
At lunchtime, you can add rice, soup, salad, pickles, and sweets for +120 yen. (I forgot to take a photo of the soup m(_ _)m)
Pouring the leftover sauce over the rice gives it a hayashi rice-like feel, making this a hamburger steak meal where you can enjoy several flavors at once.
