Trying a Rare Lunch at the Beloved Bikkuri Donkey [Nishitsu Gourmet]

You’ve probably seen the commercials, and everyone knows “Bikkuri Donkey”!

I went and tried a colorful lunch you don’t see all that oftenヽ(^o^)丿

What I Ate at “Bikkuri Donkey”

Irodori Set　Cheese・100g　1,130 yen (tax included)

The Irodori Set comes with either a Hokkaido mini soft serve or a drink! I chose the mini soft serve without hesitation(^_^)/

Compared with the regular menu, the plate is a little smaller and there’s less rice.

It had tomato, red onion, cauliflower, snap peas, lettuce, Chinese cabbage, and more, just as the menu name suggests, all arranged in a nice colorful mix!(^^)!

There was just the right amount of French dressing on itヽ(^o^)丿

Next to the vegetables was some frozen mango! Perfect for refreshing your palate!

The hamburg steak was fluffy, tender, and had a gentle flavor～

The rich cheese brought it out perfectlyヽ(^o^)丿

The miso soup had fried tofu, green onion, and nori in it. It seems to vary by day

Ta-da! The after-meal Hokkaido Mini Soft Serve (with shiratama rice dumplings)

You can’t really tell the size from the photo, but it’s mini!

It was smooth and rich, the kind of flavor that would sell for a pretty high price at a highway service area shop!

With miso soup included, lots of vegetables, less rice, and even dessert, it’s a lunch that makes women happy(^_^)/

Potato Salad Packet Dish　150g 910 yen (tax included)

It looks the same as the regular hamburg steak, but

inside the hamburg steak, there’s chunky potato salad and melty cheese(#^.^#)

Once you try this combination, you’ll be hooked!

The side vegetables are shredded, so they’re easy to eatヽ(^o^)丿
