It looks like “Daifuku Hatsumode” will begin next month at Nishinomiya Shrine, known as Ebessan, the god of business prosperity (*^◯^*)

The period runs from December 1 through the last day of February,

Every year, from New Year’s Day through Toka Ebisu, an incredible 1.5 million people come from all over Japan to visit the shrine!
It gets crowded like this ^^;

So this year, during the three-month “Daifuku Hatsumode” period from December to February, you’ll be able to draw the “Tai Mikuji” fortune slips, which are usually limited to New Year’s and Toka Ebisu (January 9–11), and also buy lucky items such as kumade rakes and fukumi lucky baskets!

Fukuzasa lucky bamboo branches will be available from January 4 (╹◡╹)♡

I do miss those packed, shoulder-to-shoulder shrine visits, but a more relaxed visit seems like it might give the gods more time to really hear your wishes (^^)v
During the year-end and New Year holidays, please stop by “Daifuku Hatsumode” whenever it works for you!
