It looks like you can get these for half price. The shop name has changed, but apparently they still serve assorted sashimi, limited to 20 servings a day.
Through the 30th, it looks like different items will be half price each day during the opening sale, including highballs, gyoza, shochu, beer, kushikatsu, and lemon chuhai. Takeout also seems to be available.
