Imazu Akebonocho 1 mainly refers to the area where Ekiima Imazu is located.
The vacant tenant space there is the former “Asnas exp-b Imazu” that was right outside the ticket gates, but the job listing says “TAKEOUT&CAFE,” so it feels like it might not be this spot.

Its main store is in Tsukiji, Tokyo, and it has 18 locations nationwide. 高級芋菓子 しみず takes the opposite approach from the usual idea of “having something you want to make and then pursuing the right ingredients.” Instead, they start with delicious sweet potatoes and make sweet potato pastries from them. The sweet potatoes are delivered directly from Kagoshima, and since the flavor and texture vary completely depending on the variety, trying and comparing them is apparently recommended.
Lastly
They had a booth at “Nishinomiya Hankyu Sotoasobi” at Nishinomiya Hankyu in October, so some of you may have heard of them. It seems to be such a popular shop that it appears near the top when you search for “しみず.” We’ll let you know as soon as we find out the detailed address. The opening date is Wednesday, December 15.
