Looks like something new may be opening near Ikari Supermarket Shukugawa. It’s the former location of Steak & Creative Teppan Haruyama.

What’s around the place under construction
If you go this way, you’ll head toward Ikari Supermarket. Turn right and you’ll reach Koshikiiwa-suji. Across the street is Ikari Supermarket’s parking lot.
Going in the opposite direction takes you to Kurakuen-guchi-dori. If you turn right on Kurakuen-guchi-dori, you’ll find Ramen Taro Kurakuen and Maruman, and it leads toward Kurakuen-guchi Station.
The same building also houses places like Yo-yama and Ichihashi.
Finally
Since commercial kitchen equipment was being brought in, I’m guessing the opening day might be pretty close.
And because the equipment being brought in was an oven, there’s a good chance it’ll be a bakery or a Western-style sweets shop.
