“Hibari Coffee” is located in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi, along Yamate Kansen, just a little west of Hyogo Prefectural Driving School (^^)/
I visited “Hibari Coffee,” a cafe where you can relax and feel like time is flowing a little more slowly!

What I Had at “Hibari Coffee”

Ta-da! This isn’t cold water, it’s hot water (^^)/
In the cold season, this small touch warms your heart too 💕

Hibari Blend 550 yen (tax included)
This blended coffee, named after the shop itself, has both richness and aroma, making it a great match for sweet cakes and pudding (*^-^*)

Did you notice anything about the names of the blended coffees?
That’s right! For seasoned adults, names like Yujiro Ishihara, Sayuri Yoshinaga, Hibari Misora, Ken Takakura, and Shintaro Katsu might come to mind !(^^)!
Apparently the owner really loves Hibari Misora, so that’s where the name comes from!
Kissaten-Style Pudding 350 yen (tax included)
Soft whipped cream is poured over a rich, firm pudding (^^)/
The pudding has plenty of egg flavor and a nostalgic feel, with just the right sweetness to go with coffee. It truly is classic kissaten-style pudding!

Brown Sugar Milk au Lait 650 yen (tax included)
This au lait made with 100% pure brown sugar has a deep sweetness and richness that makes even the coffee taste extra bold (*^-^*)
If you like sweet drinks, this is a good one!
The owner told me, “Please mix it well,” and when I swirled it around with the straw, I heard that satisfying clinking sound of ice against the glass that feels perfect in summer ♪ It’s winter now, but it was such a lovely sound that made me think of summer (^^♪
“Hibari Coffee” Menu

Here were the sweet menu items for the day ↓

Usually, they also seem to offer butter toast and soup made with bread from “Bakery Lip Current” (^^)/
They also sell the coffee beans for the blended coffees listed on the menu.

Final Thoughts
The atmosphere naturally made me think, “I’d love to come back when I need some slow, relaxing time” (*^-^*)
I’m curious about the other menu items too, and the owner’s gentle, soft-spoken vibe matched the atmosphere of the shop really nicely!
