It looks like “Daikoku Drug JR Nishinomiya Ekimae Store”, currently being built on the south side of JR Nishinomiya Station at the former site of “TSUTAYA JR Nishinomiya Store,” will open in late February.

The site is L-shaped, and there’s also an entrance on the east side.
I could see inside a little through the window (lol), but it looked like the interior work hadn’t really started yet!
