It looks like the playground equipment at Daito Park in Imazu Daitocho and Kusugawa Park south of Kusugawa Station will be undergoing replacement work.
(This information was provided by Matchan. Thank you!)
Construction at Daito Park

The construction period runs until March 31.
Here are the details of the work↓

It seems they’ll fence off the playground equipment while doing the work, and after the inspection is finished, the fence will be removed around the end of March.

The swings, combined playground equipment, and seesaw are apparently being replaced with new ones〜😊

These are the swings that will be removed.
They say it’s due to aging, and one of them is already missing, so they’ve definitely been well used〜😅

This wooden combined playground structure will also be removed.
This type of playground equipment has been getting replaced in a lot of places lately!

Around the middle of Daito Park, this whole area looks like it will be surrounded by fencing.
And by the flower bed on the left side of this photo😳↓

There’s Nishinomiya’s original “Imazu Benikan-zakura” cherry tree〜!
It was in full bloom in our article on March 9 last year, but since this area is also expected to be inside the fence, this year it looks like you’ll be viewing it from the roadside〜😓
Here is the map for Daito Park↓

Construction at Kusugawa Park

The construction period at Kusugawa Park is also until March 31.

It looks like the swings will be replaced.

These are the swings scheduled to be removed.

Finally
At both parks, rubber mats will be installed under the new playground equipment, making them safer places to play😊
Parts of the parks won’t be available until the end of March, but once it gets warmer, please have lots of fun playing on the shiny new equipment〜!
Matchan, thank you very much for the information!!
