I visited the newly opened “麺屋NOROMA” in Gardens Kitchen on the 1st floor of the main building at Gardens.
It looks like it’s a limited-time pop-up.
What I Had at “麺屋NOROMA”
A Set(Chicken Soba + Chashu Rice Bowl)¥1,230(tax included)
The springy noodles go down smoothly, and they pair perfectly with the rich chicken paitan soup, which is a little thicker than it looks and packed with savory chicken flavor 🙆♂️🙆♂️
I thought it might be on the heavy side, but it was surprisingly light(◍•ᴗ•◍)
The rare chashu has just the right amount of bounce and a satisfying chew.
It comes with one fairly large slice 👍
The chashu rice bowl has a slightly rich sauce that really whets the appetite, and I found myself digging right in( ＾∀＾)
The menu also had something called “magical chili oil that makes anything taste good! (Devil’s Chili Oil, 1 bottle 850 yen).” I want to try it on all kinds of things ヽ(´▽｀)/
