The “Box Set” from “Chicken Works Shirokane Koshien”

Here’s what the Box Set looks like from the outside. It comes in a very sturdy, high-quality paper package. Premium diet and training food made with a focus on deliciousness. What could be inside〜? (So exciting♡)

The “Athlete Set” Box Set, 1,360 yen (tax included)”

I was surprised when I opened it. It’s packed! ((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
The “Athlete Set” comes with two main dishes: 100g thigh meat (ginger soy sauce flavor) + 100g breast meat (choice of sauce). You can choose from six sauces for the meat, and the salad in the upper left also comes in four varieties! It was so hard to decide…
*Actually, there is supposed to be a tomato on top of the salad. It seems to have slipped down under the salad on the way home, and I ended up digging it out at the end… It was definitely in there〜💦

This is one of the main items in the Athlete Set: breast meat.
After a lot of indecision, I chose the “Chinese Bang Bang Chicken Sauce”. Since it was breast meat, I wondered if it might be a little dry, but it was incredibly moist! It must take so much care and effort to prepare〜!😭

The other main item is thigh meat. This one is ginger soy sauce flavored. The juicy thigh meat had a nice, strong ginger flavor.

For the selectable salad, I chose the “Pumpkin with Honey Mustard” this time. The fluffy, sweet pumpkin and the mustard flavor were a perfect match〜!

Menu

There are eight types of Box Sets in total. In addition to options like the “Basic Set, 972 yen (tax included)” and “Spicy Set, 972 yen (tax included)”, there are also purpose-based menus designed to help you build your ideal body, such as the “Diet Set, 1,382 yen (tax included)” and “Power-Up Set, 1,382 yen (tax included)”. Each set has a different main dish.

Store Information

When I went on opening day, there were so many congratulatory flowers from all over that, from a distance, I thought, “Is that a flower shop!?”🎉 There were also lots of flowers from people whose work makes body-building important, such as boxing gyms.

This was a meal where you could really feel how carefully everything was made, from selecting the ingredients to cooking each item. Making this kind of food yourself takes time〜… But if you can eat it at a reasonable price, it feels like something you could keep up with👍
