I visited “frulatta,” a panna cotta specialty shop that just opened on June 17~
“frulatta” is a panna cotta shop created with care by a milk shop.
Apparently, they make one-of-a-kind panna cotta using additive-free milk and two types of pure fresh cream carefully selected by a pastry chef~
frulatta’s Fruit Panna Cotta

From the showcase, I picked three kinds of panna cottaI asked the staff member for her recommendations~
Classic Strawberry 626 yen
The rich, creamy panna cotta goes perfectly with the refreshing, slightly tart strawberries~
The fruit pieces have a nice firmness to them~

Summer-only Melon 734 yen
It’s packed with big chunks of melon, which really gets you excited~
One bite and you’ll be enchanted by the super juicy melon
The melon is sweet but refreshing, bringing out the deliciousness of the fruit, and of course it’s a perfect match with the panna cotta~
Mango 626 yen
I imagined it would be like milk pudding, so I was surprised when I tried it. It has a really strong fresh cream flavor and a satisfying richness! And yet, the texture is silky smooth~
There’s plenty of mango fruit, and the mango fruit sauce blends beautifully with the panna cotta~
Fruit × fruit sauce × panna cotta, a delicious trio~♪ It really is a perfect match😄
By the way, Shacho from Nishitsu said it reminded him of Milky(the candy by Fujiya)😀
What kind of dessert is panna cotta?
Panna cotta is a dessert that originated in Italy
Panna = fresh cream
Cotta = cooked
That’s what the name means~
