Even though it was “half” fried rice, it had plenty of volume, and it included green peas, which you don’t see very often elsewhere.

They were packed full of filling, with crispy wrappers and juicy meat flavor spreading from the inside — irresistible☺️

In Closing
As we were leaving, the owner told us that the restaurant had been featured on a YouTube channel called “うどんそばUdonsoba”, and that the video had been viewed 2.7 million times. When I watched it, I was blown away by the wok skills — this is true craftsmanship! Just watching it made me absolutely starving（・ω・。`）
