If you go this way, you’ll pass Hard Off, cross Nakatsuhama Line, and head toward Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

The scheduled construction period is from December 15 to December 25 next year, so it’s still quite a ways off, but it looks like a three-story clinic will be built here. The notice said there will be parking for eight cars on the premises, but it wasn’t shown on the layout diagram, so the first floor may be used for parking, with the clinic on the second and third floors.
