It looks like a Taiwanese castella specialty shop called “かばのおしり。” is opening in Kamikoshien along National Route 2.

This used to be the site of Curry Udon Manten～

It says Taiwanese castella and Taiwanese fried chicken～

According to Acchan, who sent us the info, they were holding Jizobon in front of the shop on 8/22～

Finally

I looked up Taiwanese fried chicken a bit, and it seems it’s called da ji pai, made by pounding chicken breast thin and large before frying it. Apparently it has a crispy texture and a spicy aroma～😄 We’ll let you know again once the opening date and other details are decided～
