It looks like this trading card vending machine is appraised and supervised by Furuhon Ichiba. There’s also a Furuhon Ichiba store in Monzen-cho in Nishinomiya.

It seems to sell three types: Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Prices are 500 yen, 1,000 yen, and 2,000 yen. For Pokémon, even though both options include five cards, they’re split into 1,000 yen and 2,000 yen versions. Maybe the cards inside are different?
