Tamagoro’s noodles are medium-thick, curly noodles known for their firm texture. The soup appears to be a double soup made by combining carefully selected seafood broth with a cloudy tonkotsu soup that has simmered pork bone umami for over 12 hours.
It looks like the shop will open around mid-October. Ookamaya, the takoyaki shop, is also opening in October, so the Ebisuta food court is likely to get lively again. You can also reserve seats, which is reassuring even when it gets crowded.
