If you go this way, you’ll find Harukaze Kindergarten and Harukaze Park, leading toward the Naruo Mikage Line.
If you go the opposite way, you’ll find places like Hamada Onsen, leading toward the former National Route.

A reader also sent us a photo of the menu. It seems like it might have an izakaya-style atmosphere. Harima Komuten appears to be a construction company that built Ueno Shrine in 1998 and also helps out with shrine events. It looks like this will become a shop closely connected to the local community.
