We heard that “Licca-chan Castle” was being held at Nishinomiya Hankyu Department Store from 9/11 (Wed) to 9/17 (Tue), so rookie writer “Niko” and “Shacho” went to check it out.
Licca-chan is a doll many of us played with as kids, but she’s still so charming that even adults can get hooked.

Wow, they’re so cute.
Apparently the Licca-chan on the right (center-parted curly hair / silver hair color) is extremely popular and sold out very quickly on the opening day.
Curly hair is the kind of hairstyle many girls have probably admired at least once, thinking, “I want hair like that when I grow up!”
Of course, there are straight-haired Licca-chan dolls too.

There’s also a photo spot where you can wear the same outfit as Licca-chan and take a picture in front of the castle.Daa-san told me I looked like an old-time villager… Personally, it suited me so poorly that it felt like some kind of punishment game（笑
This is Licca-chan wearing the same outfit as Niko. As expected of Licca-chan, she doesn’t end up looking like a villager.
There are plenty of accessories in addition to clothes, so it seems easy to get completely absorbed in styling Licca-chan.
Castle, the company that makes these Licca-chan dolls, is headquartered in Fukushima, so they were also selling Licca-chan Kitakata ramen.
