“Tookashi” can usually be purchased on the 10th of every month at Okame Chaya, participating shops, and Nishinomiya Hankyu, but at the “Autumn Tookashi Festival,” 11 shops will gather in one place. Quantities are limited, so if you’d like to buy some, be sure to arrive early. It starts at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday the 13th!
